1 small Tomato; peeled and chopped
½ tablespoon Sugar
¼ cup Green pepper; diced
2 tablespoons Water
1 pounds Fish fillet,; cut in 1\" cube
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Ketchup

Directions

Recipe by: Net Fry fish in srayed skillet. Combine first column ingredients in pot and s five minutes. Add vegetables and cook a few more minutes. Pour over fish and serve.
