Sweet fruit sauce for wild geese or ducks

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | cups | Pan drippings; as much grease removed as possible |
1 | 8 oz. apricot preserves; I jar Knott's | |
9 | ounces | Orange marmalade; 1/2 ajar of Knott's |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt; pinch |
½ | cup | Orange juice |
Directions
Mix all the Ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it is reduced about 25%. Serve warm on the side. Yield about 4½ cups.
NOTES : Note - This is good on all types of game. You can add diced green chiles or crushed red pepper if you like it spicier.
