¼ | cup | Frozen corn; thawed |
1 | Pickled jalapeno; chopped | |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped garlic |

Lime juice to taste |
Directions
Bake potato in the microwave until done. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Split potato in half, mash a bit, and fill with the salsa.
