Sylvia's halltown cafe chili and beans

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Green Pepper -- chopped
3 Cloves Garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 pounds Lean Ground Beef -- coarsely ground
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 can (16 Oz) Tomatoes
1 can (16 Oz) Pinto Beans

Directions

Saute onions, green pepper, and garlic in vegetable oil until tender.

Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Add chili powder, tomatoes, and beans. Heat thoroughly, adding water it needed. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
