Ingredients

1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Taco sauce
3 tablespoons Chopped ripe olives
1 pounds Ground beef
2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Coarsley crushed tortilla
Chips
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar
Cheese

Directions

FILLING

MEAT SHELLS

Preheat oven to 425F.

Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of mini muffin cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a teaspoon into each shell. Bake 7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly.

Remove from pan and serve.
