4 fluid ounce Plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon Fresh mint; chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)
¼ teaspoon Garam masala
1 pinch Green food colour (optional)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Sugar

Directions

This is the chutney that you will find in every tandoori restaurant.

It is easy to make and goes well with barbecue dishes.

Mix everything together well and serve.
