Tantalizing tempeh dinner

Quantity Ingredient
½ ounce Dulse, dry
3 ounces Chickpeas; cooked
3 ounces Soybean sprouts
3 ounces Broccoli flowerets; in bite- size pieces
3 ounces Tempeh; cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Soy oil
1 teaspoon Onion; minced
1 teaspoon Fresh chives; chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x8 baking pan with soy oil. Soak and rinse dulse 2 or 3 times in cold water. Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
