Texas barbecue ribs

1 | tablespoon | Dried cumin |
1 | tablespoon | Dried oregano |
1 | tablespoon | Dried thyme |
1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic powder |
7 | pounds | Beef back ribs; trimmed and separated |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the ribs. Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil, then place a roasting rack on the foil. Rub the seasoning mixture over all sides of the ribs, then place on the roasting rack. Roast, uncovered, for 60 to 65 minutes, or until no pink remains.
NOTE: This dry seasoning rub can also be used on chicken, turkey and meats of all kinds!
