1 | tablespoon | Garlic powder |
1 | tablespoon | Ground ginger |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
½ | tablespoon | Ground red pepper |
Directions
Place Melba toasts in food processor, and process until finely crushed.
Combine crushed Melba toasts and remaining ingredients in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon).
