The chefs special butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon White Pepper
2 tablespoons Minced Parsley
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Cream butter until fluffy.

2. Beat in next 3 ingredients; add lemon juice drop by drop.

3. Store in covered jar in the refrigerator.

4. Add a teaspoon butter to each steak after broiling.
