Tofu lasagna

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 ounces Drained Tofu
¼ cup Grated Parmesan
2 eaches Garlic cloves
½ pounds Mushrooms, Sliced & Sauteed
¼ cup Fresh Parsley
cup Sauce
2 cups Grated Mozz, Swiss or M.Jac
12 eaches Lasagne Noodles

Directions

Mix mashed tofu with parmesan and garlic.

Oil pan -- layer noodles with sauce, cheese, mushrooms & tofu mix.

top layer should be noodle with sauce & cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes (or 400 for 35 minutes)
