Tomato asparagus salad

1 pounds Asparagus -- fresh trimmed
4 eaches Romaine lettuce leaves
4 cups Romaine lettuce -- torn
cup Italian salad dressing, low

10 eaches Cherry tomatoes -- halved
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated

Directions

In a large saucepan, cook asparagus in boiling water for 5-6 min. or until crisp-tender. Place in ice water to stop cooking. Line an 11x7x2 inch pan with romaine leaves. Top with torn romaine. Arrange asparagus over the romaine; top with tomatoes. Pour dressing over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Chill for 1 hr. Yields: 6 servings.
