Tomato garlic bread (vegan)

Quantity Ingredient
1 Loaf italian or french bread
Fresh tomatoes
Garlic powder, or crushed garlic
Salt
Oregano

Directions

Slice a loaf of bread and lay out pieces face up on a baking sheet.

Cut fresh tomatoes in half (1 tomato does six slices) and holding them like half a lemon, crush them over your bread, leaving behind juice and bits of tomato.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and oregano to taste.

Place on top rack of oven and broil 1-2 mins or until edges turn brown. Turn off oven and move bread to lower shelf and leave in oven 3-5 mins. This will make the bread more crispy.
