1 | can | (14oz) diced tomatoes or 2 cups fresh tomatoes; diced |
2 | cans | Tomato sauce |
1 | medium | Tomato; chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Italian spice |
6 | Fresh basil leaves; chopped |
Directions
Coat a skillet lightly with cooking spray and saute onion and pepper. Add reminder of ingredients and simmer for as long as possible.
Serve over Lentil Rice Burgers or potatoes, or pasta, or whatever you wish.
