2 cups Stewed tomatoes
½ cup Bell peppers; chopped
½ cup Onion; chopped
2 cups Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
2 cups Tortilla chips; crushed
1 cup Monterey jack cheese; shredd

Directions

Recipe by: Anita A. Matejka Preparation Time: 0:15 In a large pan combine chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onion, broth, lemon juice, and black pepper, simmer for 20 minutes Place chips in individual bowls, sprinkle with ½ cup cheese, and pour soup mixture over it. Top with remaining cheese.
