Directions
1. Prepare any of the stir-fried mixtures listed below; leave it in the pan. Then add ¼ cup stock and heat.
2. Arrange the parboiled noodles (see "Parboiled Noodles #1/#2") over the top of the stir-fried mixture. Cover pan and cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
3. Sprinkle the noodles with ½ teaspoon sugar and 1-½ tablespoons of either soy or oyster sauce; then blend in well and serve. STIR-FRIED MIXTURES FOR NOODLES (see recipe): 1.
