Tostadas de frijol (bean tostadas)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Beans, black; cooked very thick
8 ounces Cream cheese; cubed
12 eaches Tostadas, small
1 large Onions; minced
1 large Avocado; cut in strips
1 each Chile, chipotle; cut in strips

Directions

Heat the beans with the cream cheese, but do not allow the mixture to boil, as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a layer of the mixture on the tostadas, followed by a layer of onion, avocado and chile.
