Traditional kirschwasser swiss cheese fondue

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Dry white wine
½ teaspoon Minced garlic
Juice from; (1) lemon
3 tablespoons Gruyere & emmenthaler Swiss cheeses
Touch of nutmeg
Generous grating of black pepper
¼ ounce Kirschwasser

Directions

Pour wine in fondue pot (or double boiler) and heat until it steams. Next, add garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser.

Stir with fork until wellblended. If needed, add more cheese to bring it to the proper consistency. Now you're ready to fondue! Converted by MC_Buster.
