Tuna tacos

Ingredients

1 can Tuna, drained
¾ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ cup Spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons Green pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Butter
Purchased taco sauce to taste
4 Taco shells
Lettuce, shredded
Tomato, chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

In frying pan, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper until tender.

Add tuna, chili powder, spaghetti sauce and taco sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Place ¼ of the tuna mixture in a taco shell and garnish with lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining shells. A hit as a snack or meal.
