Turkey and ham croisants

1 pounds Fresh asparagus -or-
1 pack Frozen asparagus (cooked and drained)
12 ounces Thinly sliced cooked ham
12 ounces Thinly sliced cookey turkey
6 ounces Sliced Swiss cheese
8 Croisants split
Paprika
¼ cup Margarine; melted
2 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Curry powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
cup Coffee cream or Half and Half
¼ cup Lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange Asparagus, ham, turkey and cheese in Crossant. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with Curry Sauce spooned over. Sprinkle paprika over top to serve.

Curry Sauce - ¼ cup of margarine melted, 2 tbls flour, ½ tsp curry powder and ¼ tsp of salt, add 1½ cups coffee cream or half and half and cook till thickened (about 5 minutes) Remove from heat. Slowly stir in ¼ cup lemon juice.
