Turkey pasta florentine

Ingredients

1 | cup | Leftover turkey, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces |
1 | pack | Chopped spinach, (10 oz.) thawed and drained |
1 | cup | Fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | cup | Fat-free ricotta cheese |
1 | Egg white, lightly beaten | |
1 | tablespoon | Fat free parmesan cheese |
1 | Jar fat-free spaghetti sauce, (12 oz) (12 to 16) | |
16 | Jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix spinach, cheeses and egg until well-blended. Fold into chopped turkey.
3. Fill each shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Place in 12 X 8-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells and cover with foil. Bake 30-40 minutes.
