Turkey with gin and juniper

1 | pounds | Turkey breast - cut into strips; (450g) |
3 | tablespoons | Gin |
½ | teaspoon | Schwartz Juniper Berries - crushed |

3 | fluid ounce | Chicken stock; (75ml) |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | pint | Single cream; (150ml) |
Salt | ||
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper |
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
