Two cranberry chutney

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Two oranges; juice of
1 tablespoon Orange zest; finely chopped
1 pounds Fresh cranberries; washed
5 ounces Dried cranberries
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Garlic cloves
1 small Onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh ginger
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Apple cider

Directions

In a large non-reactive saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes until the liquid is evaporated and the chutney is thick.
