Chicken Breasts, Thighs or Drumsticks. Skin Removed
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 cup All purpose Flour
dash (or more) Cyaenne pepper (I like more)
¼ teaspoon Basil
1 cup Non Fat Yougart
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Tyme
1 tablespoon Creole Seasoning
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

FOR BREADING: MIX TOGETHER

Preheat oven to 400 Spray metal pan w/nonfat Vegetable spray. Dip skinless chicken in yougart then dip into breading mixture. Place breaded chicken in pan, not toughing. Spray tops of chicken ligltly with the nonfat Vegetable spray.
