Vegetable coleslaw

1 | cup | Shredded white cabbage |
1 | cup | Shredded red cabbage |
1 | cup | Shredded carrot |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons | Sweet relish |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Dill |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¾ | cup | Fat free or low fat mayonnaise |
Directions
DRESSING
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables in the large bowl.
