Vegetable millet delight

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 ounces Millet; cooked
16 ounces ;water
½ teaspoon Coriander
½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Sesame oil
3 ounces Mushrooms; chopped
3 ounces Red and green pepper;chopped
3 ounces Onion; chopped

Directions

Place cooked millet in blender with 16 oz water, coriander, salt, and oil. Puree until smooth. Pour into saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables, and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
