Veggie burgers #5

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Garbonzo beans; rinsed
1 pack Tofu
1 Onion; chopped
3 Carrots; grated
½ Zuchinni; grated
8 larges Mushrooms; chopped, or any vegetable of choice
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
2 Eggs (or egg whites)
Sage; pepper, dill, or any other flavouring desired to taste (eg. tamari)

Chop or grate the rest of the vegetables, add to mixture and mix well. Add bread crumbs, egg (or egg whites) and spices, mix well. Form into patties, fry in pan until brown on both sides. these freeze well, and can be reheated when needed.
