Veggie parathas

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Wheat flour
cup Rice flour
1 small Carrot grated
1 small Spri spring onion finely chopped
1 small Onion finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Ajwain seeds
Salt to taste
2 Leaves mint finely chopped; (2 to 3)
1 teaspoon Coriander finely chopped
teaspoon Butter

Directions

Use only half the butter. Keep other half aside.

Mix all ingredients well.

Knead into stiff dough, using a little water.

Shape small thick rounds and shallow fry using remaining butter.

Serve hot with sauce, or chutney.

Making time: 15 minutes

Makes : 2-3 parathas

Shelflife: Best served immediately or pack for his playschool.
