Directions
Brown cubed venison (Approx. ½ pound) in ⅓ cup butter Then; Add ⅓ cup chopped green onions 2 cloves chopped garlic 1tbs worcester sauce ½ tbs soy sauce Approx. 1 to 2 tbs fresh parsley salt and pepper to taste (hot pepper optional) simmer for 5 minutes. Then; add ½ cup can black beans, drained approximately 8 chopped black olives 2 medium tomatoes, chopped And simmer for an additional 10 minutes Meanwhile; Prepare one ounce spinach fettucine according to package instructions Serve venison sauce over the pasta and top with fresh parmesan cheese to taste.
