Vinegar relish (sambal cuka)

1 ounce Peanuts, roasted or fried
2 Cabe rawit or:
½ teaspoon Chilli powder
1 Clove garlic
3 tablespoons White vinegar
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Boiled water
Salt to taste

Directions

This is another very easy sambal, especially good with soto and Tahu Goreng.

Crush the cabe rawit or chilli powder and garlic, add the nuts, and continue crushing until fine. Add the sugar, salt, vinegar and water.

Mix well, and serve.
