10 ounces Unsalted butter
Vanilla flavor; (to taste)
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
6 Egg yolks
1 cup Milk
13 ounces Sifted flour
6 ounces Sugar
6 Egg whites
Confectioners sugar

Directions

Cream the butter and add the sugar, vanilla flavor, cinnamon, and egg yolks. Stir until the sugar is melted. Add the sifted flour and milk. Mix well. Fold in the stiffened egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
