Walking tostada

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Refried beans (31 oz.)
2 Ripe avocados, chopped
2 To 3 Ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 cans Pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
5 Scallions, chopped
1 Jar Mild taco sauce
4 ounces To 8 oz Hot picante sauce
1 cup Coarsely grated Colby cheese
1 cup Coarsely grated Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Spread the beans evenly on a large round platter. Layer with the remaining items in the order given. Serve with tostadas or nacho chips.
