Warm tomato, bacon & potato salad

Ingredients

8 | ounces | Potatoes -- cooked & |

2 | tablespoons | Oil |
½ | cup | Onion -- chopped |
½ | cup | Frozen peas -- thawed |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | White vinegar |
3 | tablespoons | Bacon -- cooked & crumbled |
Directions
Core and cut tomatoes into ¾" cubes; place in large bowl. Cut potatoes into ¾" cubes; add to tomatoes. In medium skillet heat oil until hot. Add onion; saute about 5 minutes. Stir in peas, salt, sugar and vinegar; pour over tomato mixture, tossing gently.
Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
