Weingelee (dessert wine jelly)

Ingredients

4 packs Unflavored gelatin
2 cups Cold water
1 cup Sugar
3 cups Boiling white grape juice
1 cup Medium dry white wine
Sweetened whipped cream
Strawberries

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Stir in sugar and grape juice; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in wine. Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries.
