2 | tablespoons | Sugar; to 4 tbs |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon rind; grated |
1 | tablespoon | Apricot brandy; optional |
Sweet chocolate; grated |
Directions
Recipe by: The Eastern European Cookbook-ISBN 0-486-23562-9 Whip egg whites until stiff. Combine with apple puree, sugar, lemon rind and brandy, folding carefully. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish with grated chocolate. Serve cold. Serves 4.
NOTES : This unusual light dessert is called boszorkany hab.
