Yam vietnam (spicy shrimp & pork salad)

1 | teaspoon | Fresh ground black pepper |
3 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
3 | tablespoons | Lime or lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried ground chili peppers |
2 | cups | Cooked pork; cubed small |
1 | pounds | Cooked shrimp; diced small |
1 | Cucumber; peeled and sliced | |
1 | teaspoon | Mint |
Directions
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
