Spicy shrimp salad

Ingredients

1 pounds Medium shrimp, cooked,
Peeled and deveined
cup Cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 Stalks celery, sliced (about
One cup)
1 small Onion, thinly sliced (about
1/4 cup)
1 Avocado, peeled, seeded and
Sliced
¾ cup Extra mild picante sauce
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Toss shrimp, tomatoes, celery, onion, avocado and picante sauce until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce.

Serve with additional picante sauce. Serves 4.
