Ingredients

2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken
Breasts -- cut in 2-inch
Cubes
1 Pineapple -- cut in 2-inch
Chunks
Marinade:
½ cup Soy sauce
¾ cup Ketchup
1 cup Dry white wine
1 cup Orange marmalade
4 tablespoons Honey
16 Skewers

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Alternate chicken and pineapple pieces on skewers. Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
