Yema with toasted peanuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Condensed milk
8 Egg yolks
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Peanuts, ground
½ cup Caramel syrup (up to 1)

Directions

Mix together condensed milk and egg yolks in double boiler. Stir constantly until thick. Add butter, vanilla and nuts. Remove from flame when cooled, form into balls or roll and cut into 1½ inch pieces. Dip in caramel syrup and cool
