Zensai mushrooms

Ingredients

cup Vinegar, wine
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 pounds Mushrooms, fresh; cleaned and stemmed
Carrot curls
Parsley

Directions

Combine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and salt. Pour over mushrooms; marinate about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from marinade, and drain on paper towels. Before serving, garnish with carrot curls and parsley.
