Zesty golden corn

Ingredients

cup Butter
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 each Med. onion, cut in chunks
½ pounds Small mushroom, halved
2 cups Whole kernel corn, drained
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Chopped parsley

Directions

Melt butter in 10-inch skillet. Blend in mustard. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Stir in corn and pepper; heat through. Stir in parsley.
