Zesty corn in the skillet

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Bulk pork sausage; crumbled
1 medium Clove garlic; minced
1 small Onion; finely chopped
½ medium Green pepper; coarsely chopped
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn; drained
2 larges Tomatoes; cut in small pieces, don't lose liquid
½ cup Zucchini; chopped unpeeled
1 teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Saute' sausage, garlic, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to cook evenly. Remove from heat and carefully drain off fat. Stir in corn, tomatoes, zucchini, chili powder and pepper. Return to heat. Cover and gently cook on low heat until thoroughly heated, about 15 mintues.
