Zingy tomato-orange bouillon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quart Low Sodium Tomato Juice
2 cans Low Sodium \"Beef\" Broth --
Vegetarian from HFS
¼ teaspoon Celery Salt
dash Hot Pepper Sauce
12 ounces Frozen Orange Juice
Concentrate -- thawed
Undiluted
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
(10 3/4 oz) each

Directions

Makes a great appetizer.

In large pan, heat tomato juice, bouillon, celery salt and hot pepper sauce. Simmer 10 min. Add orange juice and lemon juice just before serving. Heat, but DO NOT BOIL.

Serves 6 - 8.
