Zucchini chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Margarine
cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Grated zucchini
cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 cup Chocolate chips

Directions

Blend as for cookies.

Bake at 350, 8-10 minutes

NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a client. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake.

The cookies are very moist and stay chewy.
