Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 cups Chicken Broth
1 Carrot -- diced
1 Stalk Celery -- diced
2 tablespoons Scallions -- chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
10 Mushrooms Sliced
¼ pounds Vermicelli

Directions

Bring the broth to boil, add carrots, celery, scallions and salt.

Simmer 12 mins. Add mushrooms and vermicelli. Stir well, Cook for about 15 mins and serve in hot bowls.
