| 2 | larges | Irish potatoes |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup |
Directions
Peel potatoes and slice very thin. Slice Spam in thin slices. In a casserole dish put a layer of potatoes and a layer of Spam until all are used. Pour the can of soup over the potatoes and Spam. Rinse the can with a small amount of water and pour over casserole to make it bubble up. Bake covered in 350 degree oven until potatoes are done.
