| 1 | cup | Minced green pepper |

| 4 | ounces | Tomato paste |
| 16 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| 2 | pounds | Spaghetti noodles |
| 1 | cup | Chopped fresh tomato |
| 1 | quart | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pepper |
| ½ | pounds | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Brown sausage, onions, green peppers, and olives in the oil and drain. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, chopped tomato and water mix well and simmer on low for 2½ hours adding liquid as needed, let thicken to desired preference.
