Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Velveeta cheese |
| 1 | small | Onion |
| 1 | small | Green pepper |
| 3 | tablespoons | Evaporated milk |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sweet pickle relish |
| 3 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
| 6 | eaches | Sandwich buns |
Directions
Grind finely together through meat grinder or food processor the Spam, cheese, onion and green pepper. Add milk, relish and ketchup to meat/cheese mixture. Blend thoroughly. Fill sandwich buns with mixture. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and heat at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Or wrap each sandwich in microwave-proof paper and heat each sandwich on high for 1 minute.
