2 | pounds | Potatoes |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
2 | ounces | Butter or margarine |
Directions
Peel potatoes. Cook in salted boiling water. Peel, core, and slice apples. Place in saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water and the sugar.
Cook until soft. When potatoes are cooked, drain and wash thoroughly.
