Ingredients

2 | cups | Potatoes, diced and peeled |
2 | cups | Water |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
12 | ounces | Reg. crab meat |
1 | cup | Whole kernel corn |
1 | large | Tomato, peeled and chopped |
1 | medium | Size green pepper, chopped |
1½ | cup | Half and half |
Directions
Put onions, potatoes, water, oregano, salt and pepper in a large kettle. Bring to boil, lower heat and cook slowly covered for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix in crab meat, corn, tomatoes, green peppers. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Add half and half. Leave on low heat long enough to heat through. Serve at once or refrigerate one to two days, reheat over low heat. Do not boil.
